Account Information

Do I need to have an account in order to buy products on

Yes, you need to register and create your own account as a dealer in order to purchase products via Better Trends. If you don’t have an account, please contact your salesperson for help in creating the account or call our customer service at +1 (732) 210-4127.

I forgot my username and/or password? What do I access my account?

You may click on the Forgot Password link on the Account Login page. Follow the directions and we will send your password on your registered email address immediately for you to access your account again.

Can I update/edit the shipping address or billing information?

Yes, you can update or change your account information like shipping or billing address by logging into your account and click on the Update Your Account link. However, please note that doing this does not change the shipping address for an order you have already placed. For an existing order that has not shipped yet or you want to ship it to different address, please call us at +1 (732) 210-4127.

I would like to see a list of all my previous orders. Can I do that?

Yes. Simply click the Orders section in the My Account. All your previous purchases will be shown listed here.

I’m concerned about sharing my personal account information. Is my information secure?

How can I change the size of your web pages to fit my screen size?

You will need to set your monitor’s resolution to 1024x800 or higher. You can change monitor settings by doing the following:

Does it matter which web browser I am using? Which web browser should I use?

For the best experience when visiting this website, we recommend using the Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 (or higher), Firefox 3.0 (or higher), and Safari (for Macintosh). No matter what browser you use, use the latest version.

Does my browser need to be set to accept “cookies” when making an order?

Yes. Cookies are small bits of data stored by web browsers that allows companies to keep a track of their users and customer activity. These cookies allows the web server to recognize each user through a unique identification number and remember their location and activity on the website in order to better serve the visitors. It does not contain any sensitive personal information of the user. Enable cookies on your Internet Explorer 7 browser by Tools > Internet Options >> Security. Choose Internet > Custom Level and then scroll to check options for enabling cookies.

What forms of payment does Better Trends accept?

Better Trends brings you multiple payment methods. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal credit and debit cards. Currently, we do not accept personal checks and money orders.

I placed an order online. Can I cancel it now?

Cancellation of your order is allowed only prior to dispatch from our warehouse. We would not be able to consider a cancellation once your order has entered the shipping process. However, your order may be considered for a return. In case of clarification required on our return policy, our friendly customer support staff would be happy to help.

I’m not comfortable using my credit card for online transactions. Is it safe to use my credit card through your site?

We use a secure website for order processing with the highest levels of transaction security from VeriSign, one of the most trusted names in online transactions. All the transaction data is secure and fully encrypted to keep your credit card details confidential at all times.

Do I have to pay sales taxes on my purchases?

Customers are responsible for reporting any state or local taxes that they might be subject to according to their specific area.

Shipping & Delivery

How much will be the shipping cost?

Shipping fees may vary based on the quantity and type of purchase you've made.

How much is the handling fees? When do I have to pay the handling fee?

A customer will be charged 8% handling fees for all orders where the order subtotal is either less than $250 or he/she is yet to spend $5000 in the last/current calendar year.

I placed an order today. How long will the order take to arrive?

We typically ship in-stock items to you within 3-5 business days from the date you placed the order. Orders that are shipped via UPS Ground will arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. We will notify you of the expected shipping date in advance.

Why can’t you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

As per our shipping & delivery policy, we require a street address to make a delivery. If you give the shipping order to a P.O. Box, your order will be marked as ‘cancelled’ and you will receive an email from us regarding that.

What if I won’t be available at the delivery location to receive package? Do I need to sign for my package?

Typically, our delivery process does not demand a signature at your end. However, please note that delivery without a signature is at the discretion of you and the shipment carrier.   


My customer no longer wants an item I have bought. Can I return it?

We only accept return requests for manufacturing defects. Any product/item returned due to any other reason must be returned within 30-day window of product receipt, at your expense, in the original condition and packaging. Such product return requests are also subject to a 25% stocking charge.

I just returned my order. How much time will it take for the refund to be credited?

We try to process all refunds as soon as possible. Most refunds will be credited to your account within 30 business days from the date the returned product is received at our warehouse after clearing all standards return requirements.

What is your return/refund policy?

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the original shipping date for a 100% refund of your purchase amount less a 25% restocking fee. Unfortunately, the shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

What is the best way to return a purchased item?

All shipments come with by a packing invoice or slip with all required instructions to return goods. All returns should be made in the  original condition and package. You can make a choice of any carrier as per your preference. For a smooth return process, you need to include all customer information and/or the original invoice. You may make a copy of the invoice for your records.


What discount do I get at Better Trends?

Being a wholesale platform, we encourage you to buy in larger quantities, saving both freight and item costs. You will get a Stocking Dealer discount of 25% off the Standard Wholesale pricing as you reach $5,000 in sales in a calendar year. Do I have to qualify every year to get the discount?

Yes, all dealers that meet the $5,000 sales mark in a calendar year will re-qualify for 25% discount off of their purchase. For further assistance, call our Customer Support team.

I am trying to order a product that is currently sold out. Will it be back in stock?

Don’t worry if the product you want to order is currently sold-out. Better Trends is committed to offering their finest selection of products to its customers as long as they request them.

Can you explain the basic difference between a duvet and a comforter?

A comforter is a fluffy, thick, quilted blanket that is typically filled with down, feathers, or synthetic fibers, which are held in place with stitching. On the other hand, a duvet a soft, flatter version of a comforter, but not stitched or quilted like a comforter. A duvet works as a type of insert and typically used with a protective duvet cover or coverlet. Duvet covers can be easily washed at home and come in a variety of decorative designs to transform your bedroom décor to different styles.

Do you offer a guarantee or warranty on your products?

Yes. We offer a 30-day product guarantee against manufacturing defects. We reserve the right to determine whether the item is defective and to replace or refund defective merchandize, if required.
