Although we maintain strict return policy guidelines, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs or was not what you expected it to be. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason and choose to return the item package, you are covered under our returns policy.
To initiate the return process, you are required to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +1 (732) 210-4127 to request your Return Authorization number (RA#). This number is needed for all returns and must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return package. Please note that the return authorization will elapse within 30 days from the date of issue, therefore, we suggest quick action from your end upon receiving the RA number.
All return items are subject to shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable. All returns should be shipped back to us using your preferred shipping method, prepaid, directly to the distribution center noted on the original packaging slip. “Special Buy” items are final sales; refunds and returns are not allowed. Please note that all refunds and returns need pre-authorization. We do not accept unauthorized returns.
We request you to inspect the product(s) upon delivery for any visible and concealed damages. If you have received a product that is defective (due to manufacturing defects), please contact us at +1 (732) 210-4127 or by email at email@example.com so that we can assist you to resolve the issue immediately with a replacement or a refund.
In case you have received a product damaged in transit, you may either refuse delivery and write about the type of damaged incurred on the delivery receipt in the presence of the delivery person or sign the receipt as damaged on the signature line. If you notice the damaged goods after the driver has left, wrap the product carefully in its original condition and packaging. Be prepared with a brief description of the damage and photos depicting the product and packaging to help initiate a return process.
All returns must be made within 30 days of the original ship date. Failure to do so will result in denial of your return or credit request. We reserve the right to decline returns that are not in the original condition and packaging or requested not within the 30 days. Any credit refund against a refund request will be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise in original/unused condition along with the original invoice, and after our warehouse team has inspected the package(s) to meet all mandatory requirements of the return policy. The final refund will be calculated taking the 25% restocking charge and handling fee into consideration.
While we make all possible efforts to avoid any form of error in the product pricing, information, and stock availability, please note that if there is a mistake, we reserve all the rights to correct it. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
