At Better Trends, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the original ship date for a full refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a return:
· Items must be new and unused
· Returned in their original condition
· Include all original packaging
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 7–8 business days after we process your return for the credit to appear on your statement.
Note:
· Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
· Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
· Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Due to high demand and limited stock, we cannot guarantee availability if you return an item hoping to exchange it. Instead, we recommend:
1. Placing a new order for the desired item
2. Returning your original item for a refund
Defective or Incomplete Orders
If your order is defective, incomplete, or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:
· Please contact us within 14 days of receipt (or expected receipt).
· We're happy to help resolve the issue quickly.
